Rue Paul Bert and the surrounding streets of the 11th arrondissement in Paris are a gastronomic haven dominated by two well-known chefs. Bertrand Auboyneau is a French restaurateur with four addresses on Rue Paul Bert. Cyril Lignac is a French chef whose Le Quinzieme in the arrondissement by the same name has been awarded one Michelin star. He also has three addresses at the end of Rue Paul Bert.
